Story

In just a few weeks, I along with my Cygnet colleagues will be embarking on an ambitious adventure - scaling the heights of Glyder Fawr, one of the mighty peaks in the Snowdonia mountain range of Wales. This challenging climb is not just a personal pursuit, but a dedication to a cause that deserves our utmost support and gratitude - Cavell

Nurses are the unsung heroes of our healthcare system, tirelessly working on the front lines to provide compassionate care and healing to those in need. Their unwavering dedication often comes at a personal cost, as they sacrifice their own well-being to ensure the comfort and recovery of their patients. Cavell recognizes and supports these selfless individuals, offering a lifeline when they face illness, disability, or life challenges.

Through this climb, I hope to raise awareness and funds for Cavell, an organization that has been a beacon of hope for nurses in their darkest hours. Their work extends far beyond the hospital walls, providing financial assistance, emotional support, and practical guidance to nurses and their families during times of hardship. By supporting this cause, we can express our profound gratitude to those who have devoted their lives to caring for others.
