I'm running the Cardiff Half Marathon for The Wallich on Sunday October 6th 2024.

The Wallich is Wales' leading homelessness and rough-sleeping charity. They work side-by-side with people to help them rebuild their lives and move away from homelessness, for good.

Their teams have been there for more than 7,000 people during the most unpredictable and worrying times we have ever faced.
