In the year Saks turns 50 a team of us from Saks salons and HQ are taking on 50km of the Cleveland Way in aid of The Eve Appeal. Our one day trek will take in the breath-taking heather moorland and dramatic coastline of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park.

As Saks nears it's 50th birthday we also hope to achieve our £250k target of fundraising for The Eve Appeal.

The Eve Appeal is the only UK national charity raising awareness and funding research for the prevention and earlier diagnosis of all five gynaecological cancers – womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.

They fund research in leading UK and worldwide institutions who share their ambition of a world where fewer women are diagnosed with and many more survive gynaecological cancers.
