We fund research into blinding eye diseases to find new treatments and therapies

Story

Gift of Sight funds world-class research into the prevention and treatment of blindness. Principal areas of research are age-related macular degeneration, the commonest cause of blindness in the Western world, glaucoma, nystagmus, corneal conditions and diabetic eye disease, which is an increasing cause of visual impairment.

Join us on Sat 20 July for our open day with activities for members of the public to join in with such as our Have-A-Go at archery, win Robin Hood's hat, Visually impaired archery and the ever so popular archery tag (think paintball with super safe bows and arrows, which don't hurt!). On Saturday we'll also have a BBQ, ice cream van, mocktails and many more fun activities. Our 24 hour archery shoot will start 3pm Friday 19 July and shoot through the night to 3pm Saturday 20 July (the sun set and sun rise slots are always the most popular!)

Hope to see you there - no need to book, no cost to come along and you could win a Robin Hood hat!
