As (I am) a Samaritan Listening Volunteer, I'm celebrating my birthday by requesting your support for the Samaritans. I'm organising a charity concert dedicated to my late nephew Walter, whose life was tragically cut short at the tender age of 21 in a car accident. The concert will take place on Sunday, 11th February, 2024 at 3:00 PM, at St Michael & All Angels, Thursley Church, GU8 6QE. We've also arranged for a delightful break with tea, cakes, & wine.

This self-financed event will showcase songs from renowned English Musicals, international films, as well as classics from Edith Piaf and other legendary female singers. I'm thrilled to be accompanied by Maestro Chavdar Mazgalov, a professional accompanist, choir and singing teacher from the London Guildhall of Music & Drama.

where I sing "Desperado" by Eagles, but I assure you, there will be plenty of upbeat songs that you can clap and sing along, if you would like to.

The concert is open to all and free of charge. Sponsorship* can be done via the provided link or through cash donations on the day of the concert. The collected funds will be distributed between the Samaritans and the Church. Your sponsorship would significantly contribute to this worthy cause.
