After a while of trying to get Ross Lewis Jones fit and running, I’ve convinced him to run the Cardiff 10k in September and for a great cause (half marathon was too much of a stretch… but we’ll get there!) 🏃‍♂️

We will be running for Reeva, who is the 1 year old niece of one of our closest friends. Reeva was diagnosed with Aicardi-Goutirères Syndrome (AGS5), a very rare neurological condition requiring specialist help that comes at a great cost, to enable her to be given the chance to have the best life possible.
