Story
On the 6th July I am going to take on an epic 30 mile challenge raising money for a great charity - Kidneys for Life.
The challenge involves a 16 mile bike ride through the Welsh valleys, immediately followed by a 12 mile hike up and down Snowdon, ending with a 2 mile row around a lake.
This might be a cake walk for some, but for me this is going to be a tough one !!!!
