My step mum Eilish has Lewy Body Dementia and Age UK Plymouth were there to offer help and support to our family so I thought I would try and raise a few quid for them.

I’ve also seen the other great work they do with the elderly, veterans and people within the community first hand.

Anyone who knows me has probably been bored to tears listening to me talking about cycling at one time or another. I thought it’s time I had another little cycling adventure but this time raise some money for a worthwhile cause at the same time!

I'm gearing up for the Cycle London to Paris event in support of Age UK Plymouth. On July 7, 2024, I'll be hitting the road to raise funds for this incredible cause. The ride will be 330 miles (531 kilometres) over 4 days.
