Standing up for faith and freedom is in Stonyhurst's DNA and we are glad to be taking part in this year's #RedWednesday campaign to to Break the Silence on the persecution of Christians and those of all faiths, globally.

On Wednesday 23 November, in solidarity with those who don't enjoy the same religious freedoms which we do, we will be having a red-themed home clothes day.

Please give generously in support of our brothers and sisters who suffer for their faith.

Together, we can make a real difference:

• every £45 we raise can provide a food parcel for those who have been displaced

• every £96 we raise can provide trauma counselling for widows & orphans

• every £200 we raise can support a refugee family.
