Join me for festive yoga as we fundraise for this years charity

Change, Grow Live - Change Grow Live an organisation specialising in substance misuse and criminal justice intervention projects in England and Wales.

Join me for yoga in all your festive wear followed by a cuppa and mince pie 🌲

Change grow live provides support for people who are struggling with drugs or alcohol, trouble with housing, domestic abuse, or mental and physical wellbeing.

Every year I support a charity that's close to my heart or one of my yogis - this year it's in memory of one of my wonderful yogis Steve, who we sadly lost this year. Steve- Your energy, warmth and kindness will be remembered always.

Friday 20th December 2-3pm Blakedown Parish Rooms
