Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page! I will be skydiving on the 31st of August 2024, along with 3 others, to raise funds for Home-Start Telford & Wrekin. This charity provides crucial support to families, believing that every parent should have the help they need to give their children the best start in life.

Home-Start Telford & Wrekin provides non-judgmental, early intervention support on a 1:1 basis to families who are vulnerable and struggling. Trained Volunteer Family Mentors visit families in their own homes, offering emotional and practical support. They help families deal with their challenges before they reach crisis point, ensuring that children receive the best start in life.

In addition, Home-Start Telford & Wrekin delivers 6 family groups throughout the Borough of Telford & Wrekin. These groups offer weekly support to parents who are often isolated and lonely, providing them with an informal and non-judgmental environment to meet other parents and get advice and support. The groups also create a safe and secure space for children to play, learn, and develop.
