Story

"We are taking part in the Marie Curie Twilight Walk 2024 in memory of our mum, Nessie, who spent seven weeks at the Marie Curie Hospice in Belfast, before she passed away in May this year. We are grateful for the amazing care she & the whole family were shown by the staff & volunteers there. If you can give to help us raise funds for this special charity we would be extremely grateful. Thank you." Barbara, Ruth & Keith

Marie Curie nurses, doctors and frontline staff work night and day in our Belfast Hospice and in peoples homes right across Northern Ireland providing expert clinical care for patients and much needed respite, comfort and reassurance for families, carers and loved ones.

The money that is raised helps Marie Curie Nurses provide vital care and support to people with terminal illness, and their families at the toughest time.

£23 could pay for one hour of vital nursing care for someone living with a terminal illness in the comfort of their own home

£100 could help fund half an evening's care in a person's home when they need it most.
