Pituitary Foundation is 30 years old this year and as they have helped me since being diagnosed with idiopathic cranial diabetes insipidus in 2019. Now called Arginine Vassopressin Deficiency (AVP) to avoid the confusion of the name diabetes. And in honour of the 30 years of this amazing charity I’m going to attempt to raise as much as I can by running up to 30k in the month of May as it’s five years since my diagnosis.

I have not set a target however anything you can give in these difficult times would be greatly appreciated for this amazing charity.
