Story

Our son Luke was diagnosed with Leukaemia in January 2022 at 8months old. He has since undergone chemo and received a bone marrow transplant last summer. He is now one year post transplant and currently doing well. We have received great support from friends, family and many charities, including Cancer Fund for Children. Therefore we would like to be able to give back and raise some money for this wonderful charity. Myself, Chris and Daniel, along with Rosemary, Tommy, Nancy, Lou Ellen, Robin and Charlie, aka Team Roarsome 🦁, have decided to give the Bog Run a go. This is a 5k circuit based at Castlewellan Forest Park which involves tackling a thick forest, a swampy bog and just lots and lots of mud!!

We know times are tough but any donation, no matter how small can still make a difference and would be very much appreciated.

Thank you for your support.
