I am taking part in the Trent Bridge Community Trust's Trent Bridge Zipwire Challenge to support the Trust's Forget Me Notts initiative for individuals with dementia and their carers.

Forget Me Notts uses sport to build a community between people with dementia, their carers and those experiencing isolation and loneliness. The fantastic programme has already won multiple awards and supports so many people in Rushcliffe and surrounding areas and I am proud to be supporting it.

Dementia is a cruel disease and has touched the lives of many. My grandfather passed away after suffering from dementia and one of my aunt's suffers from it too. I have seen how the people we love can disappear in front of us as dementia runs its course, taking them from us before they die.

This is why I am supporting Forget Me Notts and the #Donate4Dementia challenge and I hope you can support me, either by donating or sharing this page with your family and friends.
