Story

Eight of us from Russen & Turner are dusting of our trainers and gearing up for the King's Lynn GEAR 10K on the 4th May 2025 - and this year, we're running in support of the brilliant team at Tapping House.

Tapping House is a registered charity based in Hillington, King’s Lynn. They provide free compassionate care to adults across Norfolk and North Cambridgeshire living with life-limiting illnesses along with essential support for their carers, families and friends.

Their mission is simple yet powerful: to help people live well until the end of life, bringing comfort, dignity, and even joy to patients and their loved ones. Whether through their outpatient unit, inpatient care, or home visits, they work with each person as an individual – helping them to live a good life and achieve a good death, in their place of choice.

By taking part in the GEAR 10K, we hope to raise vital funds to help Tapping House continue the incredible work they do. Every step we take – and every pound you donate – will go directly towards supporting their patients and services.

If you'd like to learn more about the impact of your donation, you can visit their website:

Every donation is hugely appreciated. Your kindness means the world to us – and will make a real difference.

Thank you from all of us at Russen & Turner.
