Kangaroos is a registered charity, operating in Mid Sussex. They provide year-round clubs and trips for people with learning disabilities and additional needs.

Attending Kangaroos has many benefits for their members, including maintaining and building friendships, promoting self-esteem and confidence, improving social skills and independence from their families.

I've had many interactions with the team at Kangaroos over the years - and listening to their stories and understanding their mission has genuinely opened my eyes to the excellent work they do, and just how much it costs to make sure that their vision and values are met and maintained.

It is for this reason that I'll be putting myself through the hell that is the 100k South Coast Ultra Challenge and I hope that you'll help me achieve my goal.
