Le Tour de Crock 2024 - Last year it was Paris, this year it's Amsterdam!

Starting on September 4th, I'll set off from Croydon and head to Dover, crossing the Channel to Calais, then onto Belgium, through The Netherlands to finish in Amsterdam on Saturday 7th, covering approximately 335 miles in 4 days.

Please dig deep to help this wonderful charity and raise much needed funds for research to hopefully one day find a cure.

Motor Neurone Disease is such a cruel and unforgiving disease. As most of you know, my brother, Richard, was diagnosed with MND in 2020 after experiencing symptoms for over a year. Since then, our world has been turned upside down and it's been an incredibly tough journey for all of us but, most of all, my brother, We've witnessed his extreme strength and courage (whilst maintaining his hilarious sense of humour) during his fight to adapt to everything thrown at him. By doing this bike ride, I'd like to raise funds, but more importantly, awareness. Please sponsor if you can.
