Over the past 10 months, I have undergone an extensive operation and grueling rounds of radiotherapy, all of which were necessary to combat this brutal disease. The road has been challenging, and the treatment has taken its toll on both my body and spirit. I emerged from this battle with a slimmer physique and a level of fitness far from where I once stood.

In the midst of this trying time, Macmillan Cancer Support has been a beacon of light and support. Their unwavering commitment to providing physical, emotional, and practical assistance has made a world of difference in my journey toward recovery. From the compassionate healthcare professionals to the informative resources, MacMillan has been an invaluable ally every step of the way.

To express my gratitude and contribute to the incredible work of Macmillan, I have decided to embark on a personal challenge – a fitness journey to reclaim my health and well-being. I am fundraising for Macmillan Cancer Support, not just as a way to give back to the charity that has been my rock but also to motivate myself to regain the strength and fitness I once had.
