For 2025 the runRICKYrun charity project takes on a new challenge -

two ULTRA MARATHONS…!

Firstly in April I will take part in the EASTER 50 ULTRA CHALLENGE

This is a 50km run around Windsor and partly along the River Thames on 12th April 2025. This will be a warm up and practice for my second run.

Secondly in May I will again tackle the LONDON2BRIGHTON ULTRA CHALLENGE.

I will use the lessons that I learnt in the challenge from May 2024 to finish this 100km race.

I have again partnered with CHILDREN WITH CANCER UK as the selected charity beneficiary for 2025

CwCUK’s vision is a world where every child and young person survives cancer.

For 35 years, Children with Cancer UK has funded much needed research into the causes of childhood cancers, and the development of better, kinder treatments as well as funding initiatives that support children and their families through cancer treatment and beyond.

Their work has contributed significantly to a marked increase in childhood cancer survival rates and improved quality of life for patients.

Support and help raise some very well needed funds for Children with Cancer UK.
