On the 8th December 2022 our world changed forever when our gorgeous little boy Arthur joined our family! 

What we didn't know, is that Arthur would be born with Cystic Fibrosis making him even more special to us. 

His first year has seen us watch him grow and develop into the funniest, kindest, cheekiest, strong and resilient little boy I know. However, the year hasn't gone by without its challenges for him and for us, but with a positive mindset and the view to live everyday to its fullest he has thrived. As his parents we are so proud of him and if anything he has made us stronger, helping us deal with whatever is thrown our way when living with Cystic Fibrosis. 

Arthur's daily routine requires antibiotics, vitamins, creon due to pancreas deficiency, physio, nebuliser along with monitoring constant cleanliness wherever we are. He takes all of this in his stride and amazes us every single day. 

This is a lifelong lung condition that has come into our lives and there is currently no cure. We want to raise as much money as we can to help those living with Cystic Fibrosis receive the life changing medication they deserve to allow Arthur and everyone else to live a life unlimited. 💛

We also want to raise awareness and money for the fantastic research that happens to help those with Cystic Fibrosis live a longer and healthier life. 

We politely ask  if you could sponsor us in running the Great North Run. No matter how small of a donation, it all matters and contributes to the fantastic work the CF trust are doing. 

Arthur Botham you are so loved by so many and over the past year you have taught us so much, if only you knew how much! We thank you for being our son and for always making us smile.
