Story

Thank you for taking the time to donate!

Our event is part of a global campaign - Light up for Rare - marking international Rare Disease Day. An opportunity to shine a light for the thousands of children and adults affected by a rare condition.

Run for Rare is taking place to raise money and awareness for our Sussex charity which is building a new treatment for children with CCHS- (Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome) a rare breathing condition which means the body can't breathe when asleep. People with CCHS currently need artificial life support (a ventilator) to breathe for them when they sleep to keep them alive. Our new product will help to transform lives by offering freedom from the ventilator.

Thank you again for supporting us and helping us to progress towards our mission for a better future for those with CCHS.
