Join the annual SeventyNine Day Challenge and run for a minimum of 20 minutes for 79 days to raise money for SPOONS Neonatal Family Support. Together, we can run for hope, health, and healing. Your participation funds families when they need it most.

Why the SeventyNine?

Now in its 4th year, the challenge was born out of adversity. When our twin daughters were born prematurely and admitted to the NICU, we felt helpless. After receiving the devastating news that one of our girls needed open heart surgery, we found strength in community and positivity.

The 79 days represents the time spent in the hospital before our daughter could finally come home. Our struggle is over but for some families it is just beginning.

By supporting this event, you can make a difference in the lives of families experiencing neonatal care. Your support will help provide parent peer support, improve family facilities, and offer emotional and practical assistance to parents during their time in neonatal care.

Our goal is to raise £5,000 GBP through this event. Let's work together to achieve this target amount by running with purpose and passion between November 30th 2023, to February 16th 2024.
