I'm thrilled to be participating in the Silverstone 10k Run Fest 2024 as part of Team CAFOD.

My goal is to raise £500 for CAFOD, an international development charity dedicated to helping people affected by poverty, conflict, and injustice around the world.

I am a family mediator and was motivated to run this race by my children and for all the children of separated families worldwide.
