Ready, get set, go - the Rumsey's triathlon is here! On Sunday 21 May, 22 fantastic Rumsey's staff members will be covering a total of 344km swimming, cycling and running to raise money for their Charity of the Year, Thomley Hall.

Thomley is a place for people of all abilities & disabilities. They bring disabled people, their families, carers and friends together with nurturing and understanding staff. Each year they receive over 7,000 visits from disabled people.

With your help they can support more people in even more ways.
