Hi everyone! As some of you may already know I will be participating in this years Roy Castle Strictly Ballroom event. My aim is to raise funds for the Roy Castle Lung Foundation, an incredible charity that supports individuals who have been affected by lung cancer. 

For the next few weeks I will be swapping my usual boots and trainers for elegant ballroom dancing shoes as I immerse myself in learning a dance routine, which I will perform on the night.
