Rhiannon, Chloe and Nicole are running Cardiff Half Marathon in honour of a cause that has become very close to our hearts recently. The work that Ty Hafan do to support those who need them is nothing short of incredible. They only received 10% of their funding from the government last year. We would be grateful for anything big or small you can contribute so that we are able to support this amazing charity.
