Story

In 2022, my amazing friend Nat lost her battle with cancer at just 28. She was one of the best people there is; loving, kind, loyal and up for anything. The Royal Marsden hospital took amazing care of Nat throughout her journey so I am running in her memory and to raise money for this amazing charity. I am not a runner and the thought of even attempting a half marathon last year was unthinkable. But I’m doing it for you Nat!

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity raises money solely to support The Royal Marsden, a world-leading cancer centre. We ensure our nurses, doctors and research teams can provide the very best care and develop life-saving treatments, which are used across the UK and around the world.

From funding state-of-the-art equipment and groundbreaking research, to creating the very best patient environments, we will never stop looking for ways to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
