A lifesaving partnership.

Story

Travelodge voted British Heart Foundation to be their charity partner in 2017 and over the years, the partnership has developed to be more than raising funds for the BHF.

Our lifesaving partnership has raised over £1million since launching in 2017 and trained over 4,200 people in CPR through RevivR, BHF’s online CPR training tool.

As our partnership reaches it’s seventh year, we will continue to work together to save lives today through CPR and save lives tomorrow through vital funds raised. As well as continuing to improve the health and well-being of both Travelodge’s colleagues and customers.

As part of our commitment to British Heart Foundation and the work that they we've taken matters into our own hands and will be taking on an almighty Rowing Challenge.

To raise awareness of the 30,000 out of hospital cardiac arrests that happen each year in the UK and in support of BHF's Heart Month, we will be rowing on the River Thames with the ambition to cover 30,000m a day for two days in a row. Not an easy feat for four men in their 40's who don't row.

The challenge is being supported by TopRow London who are providing all the equipment and the team training leading up to the challenge.

This challenge is to raise vital funds to power life saving research, give people more time with their loved ones and in memory of the people we have lost to heart and circulatory disease.

Thank you for choosing to support our challenge and helping us save lives.

Alan Harfield, Luke Jones, Paul Madden and Ryan Alcock.
