In memory of Bobby Gill
We brighten the lives of children who are living with serious or life-limiting illnesses, between the ages of 3-18, across the United Kingdom by granting their wish and supporting them in hospitals and hospices.

Story

In 2023, my nephew Bobby died from Sanfilippo Syndrome (https://mpssociety.org.uk/conditions/mps-conditions/mps-iii-sanfilippo).

Throughout his remarkable life the charity Rays of Sunshine created many wonderful memories for Bobby and his family. On Sunday 27 April 2025, I will be running the London Marathon for Rays of Sunshine in memory of Bobby.

My training partner on this incredible journey will be our Fox Red Labrador, Wanda!

It would be amazing if you could sponsor me. Thank you on behalf of Bobby, his family and Rays of Sunshine 💙

We brighten the lives of seriously ill young people by granting wishes and providing ongoing support. Our wishes are as unique as the children themselves and whether a child wants to be a fireman, meet a real-life mermaid or even the Loch Ness Monster, we work hard to make that wish come true.
