I'm walking a few miles to raise money for the new Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit for Dorset County Hospital in Dorchester, where I had both my children and they, my granny, my Mum and my husband have all been looked after at various times since I moved to Dorset 20 years ago.

Dorset County Hospital Charity has launched a £2.5M Capital Appeal to enhance patient care and staff welfare in the new facility.

It will also fund art in both new units. It has been demonstrated over and over again how important art is to recovery.
