I am raising money for Pumpkin and Friends who provide life changing support, care and equipment for disabled animals.

In September 2022 I fully ruptured my Achilles tendon and severed the nerves in my foot. I have spent the last 12 months learning to walk again and going through a lot of sports rehab and now I am determined to run again...and for what better reason than to raise money for an incredible local charity helping disabled animals.

I don't know how long it will take me to get round the course, but the pain I will endure is nothing compared to the reward of knowing it could give an animal a new lease of life by being provided with wheels!

Raising £500 would buy a wheelchair for a medium to large sized dog, to be able to fund this would be incredible and every donation will make a difference to try and get to my target.

In 2 years Pumpkin and Friends have helped over 500 animals across the UK and that figure is only going up. We don't know whether our pet may be the next Wheelie Friend but by supporting this charity, we know that there will be help for them.
