The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation - A Charity for the Whole Community
The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation have supported the families of Earls Barton Primary School and many other schools. Every half term they load up my car with bags of essential food items (and some treats) for me to distribute. They have provided Christmas dinner, Easter eggs, they also give us Breakfast boxes so we can provide food for any child that hasn’t had food before school.
I would like to support the McCarthy-Dixon Foundation so they can continue to help the families of EBPS. I’m never going to run a marathon or ride a bike for 100 miles, so instead I’m going to chuck myself out of a plane (with a parachute!)
If you can spare a few quid to sponsor me, I would really appreciate it.
During the first COVID-19 lockdown, many people were suddenly faced with new challenges and difficulties and no resources to cope; The McCarthy-Dixon Foundation was initially established as an emergency foodbank to support those facing unexpected financial hardship during this time. Since then, we have evolved into a multi-faceted charity with community at the heart of everything we do - providing a broad range of supportive welfare services to those in need.
