Story
I will run my first ever marathon, 26.2 miles (42.2 km) in Budapest in October 2024 as part of a team.
I am running for Marie Curie, the UK’s leading end-of-life charity. Marie Curie supports people affected by any terminal illness, such as dementia (including Alzheimer’s), motor neurone disease, Parkinson’s, heart disease and advanced cancer.
The average age that someone experiences their first bereavement is 20 years old, meaning that for many people across the UK this may happen whilst at University.
Your support means a lot to me and my personal journey but also to those who support others, and those who need it.
It would mean a lot if you share the Just Giving page if you're able to. And any motivation will go a long way, I have a long way to go, and a LOT of progress to make :)

Update: We did it! Thank you all so so much for donating and supporting both me and Marie Curie ❤️
