Story
Walk of Hope is our annual national event raising money to bring hope to brain tumour patients and their families.
Amani was a very special person who touched so many lives in Luton and further afield. A beautiful young woman who brought light and joy each time she walked into a room.
She never lost her will to help others, even when she was struggling with her own illness. We owe it to Amani and her wonderful family to keep spreading the word and raising money so that no other family has to endure what too many families have had to go through. Even when it was so hard for her, she went to the Walk of Hope and led us all. It's only right that we can do even our own tiny wee bit. So even if you can't walk with us, spare even a few pounds to help a great cause.
Every September, hundreds of supporters join Brain Tumour Research Walk of Hope events taking place across the UK or organise their own walks in their community, set up fundraising pages and make donations to help find a cure for brain tumours, which kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer.
Will you join us this year? Will you donate? Please do. Amani would have given you the biggest smile if she knew you had donated. Let's do this for her.
