I am raising money for St. Michael’s Hospice and St. Wilfred’s hospice, and I am hoping you might like to support these charities and support me, who’s signed up for something I am WILDLY unprepared for. Cycling 70 + miles a day, over 4 days. It will be a total of 281.9 miles from Eastbourne. We will go through France, Belgium and ending in Amsterdam.

I am at a low point of my general fitness, often getting puffed out walking up the hill to my house! Also some of you may know that I suffer with Psoriatic Arthritis, my knees in particular a difficulty for cycling. This is going to be a massive challenge for me, but it’s a wonderful cause and hope that it will make a positive difference to this charity.

This is a wonderful charity that supports a vast amount of people local to our area living with life-limiting illnesses, with bereavement and end of life care, amongst many other services we may often take for granted.
