Story
On Sunday 9th June, I will be cycling 94 miles of the East Anglian coastline alongside 2 of my work colleagues as part of the Norfolk and Waveney Mind Three Countries Seven Piers Challenge.
I have not personally been affected but I know a few people close to me have, and this is my opportunity to support everything that Mind do.
The route will wind its way along the beautiful Suffolk coast, whilst at the same time our pedal power will hope to raise vital support for Minds mental health services.
We will cycle 94 miles, reach 772m elevation and visit 7 piers across 3 counties. Estimated ride time is about 6 hours. Starting at Britannia Pier in Great Yarmouth and ending at Clacton Pier.
