Ivor is 48 and lives in Musselburgh with his wife, Sarah. He developed Long Covid in 2023.

After more than a year of dealing with symptoms of Long Covid including fatigue, heart palpitations and constant nausea, Ivor believes he’s come out of the other side. And he credits much of his recovery to the help and support he received from the Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland Advice Line, in particular from practitioner Cat.
