London Marathon 2024 · 21 April 2024 ·

We put PF patient support & research first to give people a better life and a future

Story

I am running the London Marathon in loving memory of Pete.

Pete passed away after suffering from Pulmonary Fibrosis for some time, leaving a devestated family behind who all adored him. Pete simply was larger than life itself.

Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis (APF) is a growing community of patients, families, researchers and healthcare professionals striving to find a cure for pulmonary fibrosis so that everyone affected by the disease has a better future.

I've never run a marathon before, and am feeling really apprehensive about the big day. Running for this cause will help me dig deep to keep going.

If you are able to donate, JustGiving will send your money directly to the charity. JustGiving is simple, fast and secure, so your details are safe.

My family and I really appreciate your support.
