Located in the High Atlas Mountain. Jbel Toubkal is Morocco’s highest peak and offers a tempting challenge to adventurous and fit trekkers. This peak, at 4,167m altitude, offers great trekking in the rugged and dramatic Toubkal National Park. The first recorded ascent of Toubkal was in 1923 although the mountain is likely to have been summited long before this by Berber tribesmen during hunting trips. This 5-day trip is a journey through the High Atlas Mountains of Morocco to the highest peak in Morocco and all of North Africa, the famous Mt Toubkal at 4,167m.
The events of recent years have left over a third of young people feeling that the odds are stacked against them. We think young people deserve a better future, and so we have teamed up with Barnardo's to bring communities together to support young people.
Co-op colleagues are walking, running, cycling and climbing to raise £5m over the next two and a half years to support 750,000 young people to access basic needs like food, manage their mental wellbeing and opportunities for their future.
Help Co-op transform the lives of the UK's most vulnerable young people, together we can help thousands of families to build a better future.
Your donation will make a real difference to young peoples lives. Thank you.
