In February I will join a group of "seasoned" cyclists from Newport-on-Tay and special guest Andy Nicol, former Scotland international rugby player, on an epic 700-mile ride across Scotland in four days to support the My Name'5 Doddie Foundation.

Founded by Scottish Rugby legend Doddie Weir, the foundation funds vital research and supports those affected by Motor Neuron Disease, a relentless and incurable illness.

We’ll start in Stranraer on February 5th, braving Scotland’s winter landscapes and tackling challenging routes—including Glenshee and Braemar—before finishing in Edinburgh just in time for the Scotland v Ireland Six Nations match.

Every mile we ride and every pound you donate brings us closer to a world free of MND.
