I will walk 500 miles...

On April 1st 2024 I am walking solo on the Camino Santiago Pilgrims trail.

The route will take me from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port on the French side of the Pyrenees to Roncesvalles on the Spanish side before going through to Santiago de Compostela.

I want to raise money for the Beatson on behalf of one of my work colleague's. Colin's daughter received incredible support from the team at the Beatson.

On route I will remember my father, other friends lost and my best friend Iain

Its going to be a challenge; but I have a wonderful back up team.

Anyone that knows me will understand the reasons I walked the West Highland Way in the past and continued to the top of the summit of Ben Nevis to light candles.

This will be my final journey.

Those people I remember will be coming with me on this journey for a final time.
