Men's mental health manifests itself in many forms. Please never underestimate what your neighbour, colleague, friend or brother may be dealing with.

Joining a community with common purpose, whilst pushing myself both physically and mentally, reminds me of who and why I am.

The clarity afforded, when we are all brought down to earth as a team, working together to achieve our joint goal, of raising awareness, cash and ultimately a cure for such a devastating condition and of course completing the event together, is truly life changing.

Doddie’s Grand Tour 2025.

Rob Wainwright will lead a team of Scottish Rugby legends from the South West of Scotland to cover a route of around 700 miles over 4 days, culminating in a celebration in Edinburgh on Saturday 8th February, ahead of Scotland taking on Ireland at Murrayfield on the 9th.

Teams of keen cyclists and supporters of the Foundation will be joining Rob across the 4 day, 700-mile route and we hope you may consider supporting their efforts through this page.
