R;pple is a charity i have chosen as in the last few years i have known some people that have taken there own life's or friends of friends have taken there own life's and have all been men. Mental Health isn't gender related but a lot of men feel they cant speak out as its a sign of weakness or scared they wont be taken seriously as they are strong and will get over it, this is not always the case and leads to suicide which is the unthinkable and nobody should ever get to this stage and help should be available. If this event helps just 1 person to feel they can talk to someone then i will be happy but hope this raises awareness and provides confidence for many people to speak up knowing help is there and the unthinkable is not the only option!
