We provide therapies, support and help to people with neurological conditions

Story

The Brightwell's mission is to provide a comprehensive range of therapies, services, information and support for anyone affected by a neurological condition such as multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia or stroke recovery.

Therapies are provided in a purpose-built centre based in North Bristol, Bradley Stoke, where they've created a friendly environment that aims to help reduce the physical, emotional and psychological effects of a life with a neurological condition.

They're less than 1% statutory funded, so they continuously fundraise to provide the services they do.

In support of their work, I'll be:

1. Running a back yard ultra on Saturday 18th January with Limitless Trails in Wales. A back yard ultra is open-ended event where you run a 4.2 mile loop once an hour, every hour, until you decide to stop.

2. The North Ridge Downs 50k with Freedom Racing in Surrey on Sunday 23rd February.

3. The London Landmarks Half Marathon on Sunday 6th April and aiming for a PB under 1 hour 30 minutes.
