Unseen supports survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking to rebuild their lives, helping them to escape their situation through the use of the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline and sustainably rebuild their lives in our safehouses. We tackle the root causes of the issue by informing those who may come into contact with slavery in their everyday work of the signs and actions they can take, and influencing the government to develop a long-term strategic approach to support all victims and end modern slavery.

About Me

I am a running the London Landmarks Half Marathon for Unseen through my work as a Product Manager at Hitachi ZeroCarbon. On a daily basis I work with customers looking to decarbonise their commercial fleet vehicles by providing them with the tools & technology to effectively manage their charging and battery health.

Outside of work, I normally prefer a slower paced walk, interspersed with trying to get a small white ball into 18 holes along the way. I don't think golf and running will be mutually beneficial activities but I will blame stiff legs if my scores start to trend in the wrong direction!

When out running I will likely be listening to (according to my spotify wrapped) "contemporary country" music and I hope to one day in the not too distant future visit Nashville, TN.

I am not usually a big runner, the occasional 5km once every couple months is about all I can muster, but the pride of running for such a great charity and the sense of achievement from crossing the finishing line are spurring me on through the dark, cold, winter morning training sessions!!
