Raising Funds to Support Bereaved People

Story

I am cycling the length of the UK, Land's End to John O'Groats, on quiet roads and traffic free paths (longer but hopefully more picturesque) for 12 days, beginning Tuesday 22nd August and finishing Saturday 2nd September. I will be cycling solo, with just my trusty steed, Sherman, for company. Neither the bike nor I will be relying on intelligent conversation to pass the hours in the saddle! Please donate to the very worthwhile charity, Cruse, so that this venture achieves more than just ticking something off a middle-aged man in lycra's bucket list. The target is to raise at least £1 for every mile cycled.

Everyone, at some point in their lives, will suffer the loss of someone dear to them. Dear friends of ours were bereaved recently and found Cruse a very helpful organisation in supporting them through their loss.

Cruse Cardiff provides advice, information and support to anyone who has been bereaved (children, young people and adults), whenever or however the death occurred. The service is provided by trained, experienced volunteers and is confidential and free.
