To celebrate the RNLI's 200th Anniversary the Newquay Lifeguard Team want to celebrate this huge milestone in the charities history and raise vital funds for its future. As part of an RNLI Lifeguards fitness testing they must perform a 25m swimming pool length underwater, they then do an immediate return length doing freestyle swimming stroke, the combined 50m must be completed in under 50secs. Our Lifeguard Team will aim to complete 200 of these to mark the RNLIs 200th anniversary in under 1hour in Newquay swimming pool.
