Each year Riviera Racers, a Road and Trail running club in Torbay, choose a local charity to support. This year we have chosen 'Living Down South'

Living Down South cover the Torbay, Teignbridge and South Hams areas

of Devon and are associated with the Down syndrome association.

They are run by volunteers and rely solely on donations and funding to be able to provide members and their families support, days out, social events and celebrations throughout the year. They also put on training for families, carers and professionals at schools that work along side the children and young adults in their group.

In order to raise funds for this wonderful charity myself and 3 members of Riviera Racers running club are taking part in The Endurance Life Classic Quarter. The team comprises of Lucy Goddard, Kim Whitby, Tracey Roberts and Lucy Nelson.

This is a trail race from The Lizard to Lands End. We are running it as a relay team covering approximately 13 miles each along the coast path. This is quite a challenge for us as none of us are fond of heights or drops!
