Hello, I am Riona - Miss Teen London 2024. Don't you think it is crucial that people of all ages and all backgrounds raise money for charity? Having been involved in fundraising for charities from a young age, I have seen the impact that philanthropic work like this does in helping those less fortunate than myself around the world which has since sparked my passion for raising money for impactful causes. I am delighted today that my title can allow me to emphasise the importance of charity work to a wider audience, allowing me to initiate change on a larger scale. I'm very excited and thrilled to dedicate my efforts to Together for Short Lives, a charity that embodies hope for children in need. As we navigate the challenges of the world today, there is an urgent need to make a positive impact on the lives of those facing adversity and therefore, I feel driven to ensure that Together for Short Lives gets the attention it deserves as a charity and the money needed to fulfil its aims.

This year, through fundraising events, my goal is to raise as much money as possible for Together for Short Lives' so it is able to create a greater impact than it already has in society.
